Payments, Currency & Security
1. Currency & Exchange Rates
-
Checkout Price: You will be charged the exact amount shown at checkout in the selected
currency.
-
Fluctuations: If paying with a non-local card, your bank’s exchange rate at the time of
processing may cause slight variations on your statement. Tripeazo is not responsible for these
fluctuations or any international transaction fees charged by your bank.
- Refunds: All refunds are processed in the original currency charged.
-
Transactions are processed in USD for US customers. As Tripeazo is a UK-based entity, some
financial institutions may apply a cross-border or international transaction fee. These fees are
not charged by Tripeazo and are the responsibility of the cardholder.
2. Payment Methods & Processing
-
Accepted Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express issued in the UK, US, and
other authorized regions.
-
Multiple Charges: Your statement may show multiple entries (e.g., separate charges for airfare
and service fees) that total the checkout price.
-
Price Changes: If a fare changes before your payment is finalized, we will notify you. You may
then choose to proceed at the new rate or cancel without charge.
3. Verification & Confirmation
-
Security Checks: To prevent fraud, high-risk transactions may be held for verification. We may
contact you or your bank to confirm the payment’s validity.
-
Booking Confirmation: Hotel and car rental bookings are only guaranteed once you receive a
final confirmation email. Some providers may require pre-payment or a deposit.
4. Data Protection
By booking, you authorize Tripeazo and its secure processors to use your card details for ticket issuance
and refunds. Your information is handled under strict Data Protection laws and PCI-compliant security
standards.
Offers and Discounts
1. Promo Code Usage
Promo codes are applicable solely toward Tripeazo service fees for flight bookings and cannot be applied
to the base airfare, taxes, or airline surcharges.
-
Redemption: Codes must be entered at checkout or mentioned to an agent during phone
bookings.
-
Limitations: One code per customer; cannot be combined with other offers. Codes are non-
transferable and have no cash value.
-
Value: The discount is limited to the total service fee amount or the value of the promo code,
whichever is lower.
2. Technical Errors & Validity
-
Verification: If a promo code is invalid or fails due to technical issues, you may choose to
proceed at the regular price or cancel the transaction before completion.
-
Finality: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once a booking is confirmed. The final price
shown at checkout is the binding amount.
3. Rights & Cancellations
Tripeazo reserves the right to modify or withdraw promo codes at any time without notice. We reserve
the right to cancel any booking where a promo code was applied erroneously or through fraudulent
means.
Airline Booking Terms
Rules, Changes, and Pricing
Airline tickets are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage, including cancellation policies and terms
of use. The contract is between you and the airline, which may adjust flight times or cancel flights at its
discretion, potentially affecting our agreements. We strive to provide accurate prices and information,
sourced from airlines. If a service is listed with incorrect pricing or details due to errors, we or the airline
may refuse or cancel requests before payment. If charged and then cancelled for this reason, we’ll
refund the amount.
Frequent Traveler Points
Frequent flyer awards, upgrades, or discounts may not apply to our airline services.
Code Share
Some airlines use “code share” agreements, where a partner airline operates the flight. Check-in is
usually with the operating carrier, but verify with your ticketing airline.
Hazardous Materials Policy
1. Prohibited Items
By law, you are prohibited from carrying hazardous materials in your luggage or on your person. This
includes, but is not limited to:
- Explosives, flammable liquids, and corrosives.
- Compressed gases and radioactive materials.
- Penalties: Violations can result in severe fines or imprisonment.
2. Exceptions
Limited exceptions apply for small quantities of medicinal or toiletry articles, and certain smoking
materials.
3. Official Safety Resources
It is your responsibility to review the current safety guidelines for your flight:
- For US Flights (FAA/TSA): FAA PackSafe Guide
- For UK Flights (CAA): CAA Baggage Guide
Airline Policies & Fee Structures
1. Prohibited Ticketing Practices
Airlines strictly prohibit practices such as "hidden-city," "point-beyond," or "back-to-back" ticketing.
Airlines may cancel tickets, deny boarding, or invalidate frequent flyer points.
-
Liability: Tripeazo does not guarantee the validity of such tickets. You are liable for any fare
differences or claims sought by the airline due to these practices.
2. Flight Segment Usage
Coupons must be used in the sequential order shown on the itinerary. Failure to use a segment (a "no-
show") typically results in the automatic cancellation of all remaining segments by the airline.
3. Taxes, Fees, and Itinerary Changes
- Inclusions: Fares include government taxes and airline fees itemized at checkout.
-
Adjustments: You are responsible for any retroactive tax increases or international entry/exit
fees.
-
Changes: Itinerary changes are subject to airline availability, fare differences, airline change
fees, and Tripeazo processing fees.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Standard Policy: All bookings and Tripeazo service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise
specified.
-
24-Hour Rule: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may be possible (subject to airline rules
and a Tripeazo fee) by contacting our 24/7 support team.
- No-Shows: Tickets are forfeited if you do not cancel at least 4 hours before departure.
-
Restrictions: Name changes are not permitted. Low-cost carrier tickets, hotels, and car rentals
are generally non-refundable.
-
In compliance with US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, for flights
departing from or arriving at a US airport, customers may cancel a booking within 24
hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least one week
prior to the flight’s departure. Tripeazo service fees may still apply.
-
US 24-Hour Refund Policy: For itineraries involving at least one segment departing from or
arriving at a US airport, you may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full
refund of the airline fare, provided the booking was made at least seven (7) days prior to the
flight’s scheduled departure. Please note that Tripeazo’s initial service fees are non-refundable,
and a post-ticketing processing fee may apply.

-
Fees: Tripeazo service fees are non-refundable. If a refund is authorized, a per-passenger "post-

but original booking fees remain non-refundable.

-
Auto Check-In: By selecting automatic web check-in, you authorize Tripeazo to accept the
airline’s terms and make necessary health/security acknowledgments on your behalf.

charges and service fees are non-refundable. Please confirm all special requests directly with the
airline.
3. Baggage & Airport Fees
-
Airlines Fees: Many carriers charge separate fees for checked and carry-on baggage. These fees

Itinerary Types & Upgrades
1. Standard Bookings
All Round-Trip, One-Way, and Multi-City itineraries are governed by the specific rules of the operating
airline(s). Multi-city trips may be subject to different rules for each individual segment.
2. Combo Fares (Split Ticketing)
A "Combo Fare" consists of two or more separate one-way tickets, each with its own airline terms,
conditions, and confirmation numbers.
-
Independent Rules: Changes or cancellations to one ticket do not automatically affect the
other(s).
- Separate Fees: Airline change or cancellation fees apply to each ticket individually.
-
User Responsibility: You are responsible for managing any disruptions. If one flight is delayed or
cancelled, the other airlines involved are not obligated to provide a refund or waiver for their
segments.
3. Upgrade Benefits
Upgrades (including seat selection, carry-on allowances, and priority boarding) are strictly subject to the
airline’s availability and specific terms at the time of travel.
Hotel Booking Terms
1. Check-in & Occupancy
-
Requirements: You must present a valid ID and a credit/debit card for a security deposit at
check-in. These deposits are handled solely by the hotel.
-
Guest Limits: Rates are generally based on double occupancy. Extra guests may incur additional
charges payable directly to the hotel.
- Age: You must be at least 18 (or meet the hotel’s local minimum age) to check in.
2. Late Arrival & No-Shows
If you are delayed, you must notify the hotel directly. Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date
without notice may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation without a refund.
3. Changes & Cancellations
-
Policy: Cancellation terms vary by property and rate type. Many discounted rates are non-
refundable. Always review the specific hotel policy before booking.
-
Modifications: Changes to pre-paid bookings may require a new reservation and are subject to
availability and fees.
4. Special Requests & Accessibility
-
Requests: Preferences for bed type, smoking/non-smoking rooms, or specific floors are not
guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.
-
Disability Needs: Please contact the hotel directly before booking to confirm they can
accommodate specific accessibility requirements or service animals.
5. Pricing & Mandatory Fees
-
Resort Fees: Some hotels charge mandatory resort fees or city taxes at check-in. These are not
included in your Tripeazo payment and must be paid locally.
-
Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error by the hotel, we reserve the right to cancel the
booking and issue a full refund.
Rental Car & Airport Parking Terms
1. Car Rental Policies
-
Contract: You enter a direct contract with the rental company at pick-up. Tripeazo is not a party
to this agreement.
-
Driver Requirements: Minimum age is 19. Drivers under 25 and additional drivers typically incur
surcharges. You must present a valid license and a credit card in the driver's name.
-
Pricing & Models: Specific car models are not guaranteed. In case of a supplier pricing error, we
reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
-
Payments: For most rentals, your card guarantees the booking, but the rental company charges
you directly at pick-up.
2. Airport Parking Terms
-
Agency Role: Tripeazo acts as an agent for parking providers. Your contract is directly with the
car park, subject to their specific terms.
-
Booking & Entry: You must provide accurate vehicle details and present your confirmation
voucher and the original booking card upon arrival.
-
Liability: The car park is only liable for proven negligence. Claims must be made before the
vehicle leaves the premises. Neither Tripeazo nor the provider is liable for missed flights due to
late arrivals.
3. Parking Payments & Fees
-
Charges: You may see two separate charges (provider fee and Tripeazo service fee) totaling the
booking price. All fees must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.
- Refunds:
-
Non-Refundable: Booking fees and MMS (Management and Maintenance Service) fees
are non-refundable.
-
No-Shows: No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before
arrival.
- Unused Stays: No partial refunds for unused days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Validation: All cancellations must be processed through Tripeazo to be valid.
-
Provider Variance: Refund eligibility varies by provider; please review specific policies at the
time of booking.
-
Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations caused by strikes, technical issues, or lack of
space beyond our control.
Cruise Booking Terms
1. Pricing & Surcharges
-
Base Rates: All prices are per person, based on double occupancy, and quoted in US Dollars
(USD).
-
Exclusions: Initial quotes typically exclude government taxes, port fees, and airfare. A non-
refundable processing fee applies to each booking.
-
Fuel Surcharges: Cruise lines may impose a fuel surcharge prior to departure; this is determined
by the carrier and is not controlled by Tripeazo.
-
Verification: Passengers booked under age-specific or residency-based special rates must
present a valid government-issued ID at boarding.
2. Passenger Information & Baggage
-
Identity: Names must match your passport or official ID exactly. Incorrect details may lead to
denied boarding or significant modification fees.
-
Baggage: Policies are set strictly by the cruise line. It is your responsibility to verify weight and
item restrictions on the carrier’s website before travel.
3. Special Requirements
If traveling with infants, requiring medical accommodations, or needing specific dietary arrangements,
you must contact our Cruise Experts before booking to ensure the cruise line can meet your needs.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Refundability: Many cruise fares are non-refundable. Refundable rates generally apply only to
the deposit, excluding our processing fees.
-
Modifications: Contact Tripeazo directly for all changes; do not contact the cruise line for
agency-booked modifications. Once the journey begins, no changes are permitted.
-
Fees: Cancellations incur both a cruise supplier fee and a Tripeazo service fee. Group rates and
chartered sailings are strictly ineligible for refund promotions.
